Position
Three things, one company
A voice AI vendor holds the conversation but not the transaction. A payment company holds the transaction but not the conversation. A carrier holds the line but neither. We hold all three.
The line
We are a licensed telecommunications carrier. Numbers, call routing and number portability run on our own infrastructure, not resold from another carrier.
The AI
Speech recognition, dialogue management and real-time speech synthesis are built in house, so a call is answered and understood without leaving our stack.
The payment
Payment is taken inside the call itself, which is what links a conversation to the transaction it produced.

Two telecom licences, held directly
Both are granted under Korean telecommunications law and are held by Flover itself.
Facilities-based telecommunications business operator
Lets us issue phone numbers and carry voice traffic directly.

Lets us handle AI answering, call recording, transcription and messaging within a single licensed entity.
